Mango Fantasy Torte

Ingredients

Crust:

200g Otap biscuit
100g Flechard Butter (melted)
100g Beryl's White Chocolate

Filling:

75g Arla Cream Cheese
125g Bravo Condensed Milk
25g Powdered milk
50g DLA Mango
50g Dried mango (diced)
250g Monna Lisa Whipping Cream

Topping:

250g DLA Mango
100g Gelatine (bloomed & melted)

 

Garnish:

150g Beryl's White Chocolate
1pc Fresh mangoes (round/cubes)

 

Coating:

150g

Monna Lisa Whipping Cream

Procedure

Crust:

  1. Mix the crushed otap and melted butter, then add the melted chocolate.
  2. Pout into the prepared cake ring or springform
  3. Freeze until it sets

Filling:

  1. Smoothen the cream cheese then add the condensed milk in a bowl
  2. Then add the powdered milk, mango filling and dried mangoes
  3. In a mixer, whip the Monna Lisa Deluxe until medium peak
  4. Fold in the cream cheese mixture into the whipping cream
  5. After, pour the mixture into the prepared cake ring with crust
  6. Freeze for 1 hour or until set

Topping:

  1. Bloom the gelatin first then melt in the microwave
  2. Mix the gelatin with the mango filling on a double boiler until it combines
  3. Set aside for 3-5 minutes before pouring into your frozen mixture
