Procedure
Crust:
- Mix the crushed otap and melted butter, then add the melted chocolate.
- Pout into the prepared cake ring or springform
- Freeze until it sets
Filling:
- Smoothen the cream cheese then add the condensed milk in a bowl
- Then add the powdered milk, mango filling and dried mangoes
- In a mixer, whip the Monna Lisa Deluxe until medium peak
- Fold in the cream cheese mixture into the whipping cream
- After, pour the mixture into the prepared cake ring with crust
- Freeze for 1 hour or until set
Topping:
- Bloom the gelatin first then melt in the microwave
- Mix the gelatin with the mango filling on a double boiler until it combines
- Set aside for 3-5 minutes before pouring into your frozen mixture
